A Little About Us
The Engineering Operations Automation team develops solutions to streamline or completely automate manual tasks.  The team is responsible for driving the capabilities of the Operations Center Engineering group forward by recommending, designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions and tools to a wide variety of tasks currently performed by staff.  This in turn frees up operations staff to take on more complex and challenging work.
