Integrated in an international context for a world leader in digital security and smart cards, you contribute to the administration and the improvement of Axway's internal IT infrastructure. You take over the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. You make sure each configuration is tuned according to the business needs and compliant to the security policy. You enable continuous innovation by proposing new processes or architecture improvement. You support the end users and the IT Managers of the IT infrastructure, understand their business processes, provide them accurate answers and improve our customer satisfaction.


  • Guarantee the whole infrastructure remains in optimal operation conditions
  • Monitor the availability of the production systems
  • Diagnose and correct the IT infrastructure issues
  • Develop your skills by preparing and tuning the production as well as lab environments
  • Take over the entry into service of the new functionalities
  • Improve the existing processes and IT architecture
  • Lead the user acceptance tests on functional and technical aspects
  • Server administration Windows Server, CentOS and Linux Redhat Server, Sun and IBM Servers
  • Storage administration and provisioning (Dell, NetApp, EMC)
  • Virtualization platforms administration (VMWare)
  • Maintain working knowledge related to all the products and technologies deployed in the production environments
  • Develop knowledge of relevant emerging technologies in the industry
  • Safeguarding Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities


  • 5 + years' experience in system administration
  • Strong knowledge of server administration with operating system (linux/Unix/Sun/HPUX/Windows)
  • Proven experience in Active Directory management
  • 5 + years' experience in VMWare virtualization environments
  • 5 + years' experience in Storage administration (NetApp, EMC, Dell)
  • Desirable experience in Oracle and MS SQLServer cluster database administration
  • General knowledge in network connectivity & communication protocols
  • The ability to work in an international company with coworkers from all areas of the globe is mandatory.
  • The flexibility to occasionally travel to France if necessary.
