Job Title: IS Contingency Lead

Location: Norfolk & Suffolk, VA

Clearance: Active Top Secret, TS/SCI

Client: Compqsoft

Responsibilities:



  • Perform full spectrum of Continuity/IS Contingency planning, develop/implement required processes/procedures, and develop/maintain required OPLANs and ISCPs. Planning activities include, but are not limited to:
  • MEF/Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Threat and Risk Analysis.
  • Mitigation Strategies.
  • Orders of Succession.
  • Delegations of Authority.
  • Essential Records.
  • Devolution.
  • Damage Assessment.
  • Resumption, Recovery, Restoration and Reconstitution.
  • Relocation to Continuity Facilities.
  • MEF Supporting Activity (MSA) Requirements Analysis.
  • Organizational Readiness.
  • Test, Training and Exercise (TT&E).
  • Communications.
  • Resource Management.
  • Crisis Management.
  • Research, plan, implement, track, measure and report compliance with Continuity/IS Contingency policies.
  • Develop, document and implement full range of Continuity/IS Contingency processes and procedures.
  • Provide full range of support for Continuity Working Group (CWG), including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, action items, etc.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and improve Knowledge Management (KM) processes and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and improve Test, Training and Exercise (TT&E) program, including:
  • Prepare/publish TT&E schedules.
  • Prepare exercise plans.
  • Prepare/deliver training and briefings.
  • Conduct/support tests and exercises.
  • Provide remote support at Continuity Facilities.
  • Capture Lessons Learned and develop After Action Reports (AAR).
  • Maintain Corrective Action Program (CAP).
  • Improving, tracking and reporting of Organizational Readiness requires development and implementation of processes and procedures for:
  • Government Emergency Telephone System (GETS).
  • Wireless Priority Service (WPS).
  • Courier Cards.
  • Recall Rosters.
  • Emergency Contact Cards.
  • Shelter-in-Place (SIP).
  • Personnel Accountability.
  • SIPRnet Access.
  • Orders of Succession.
  • Delegation of Authority.
  • Essential Records.
  • Emergency Relocation Groups.
  • Support audits and inspections.



Skills:

Education/Experience: BA/BS with at least 10 years of experience.
